Welcome to Soma V3.

Soma V3 is more than just the addition of a new Boost feature—it's a complete redesign from front to back. Every stage of the circuit has been refined to deliver more gain, greater flexibility, and an even more aggressive playing experience.

The input stage has been reworked to provide a smoother signal path into the first transistor. From there, the gain has been increased, and a newly selected trio of transistors delivers significantly more saturation along with a touch of added compression, resulting in tighter, more controlled palm mutes when desired.

The Bias control and its surrounding circuitry have also been redesigned, offering a much wider sweep and greater tonal flexibility. Whether chasing a ripping, velcro-style fuzz or a smoother, fully saturated wall of gain, the expanded range makes it easier to dial in the perfect response. For maximum saturation, the Bias control performs exceptionally well when turned all the way up.

The low end has been strengthened to deliver a more impactful and physical feel, giving palm-muted riffs greater weight and authority. With a few adjustments to the Tone and Mids controls, Soma V3 can produce massive, thick sludge tones built for crushing riffs. But despite its ability to dominate the low end, Soma V3 is far from being just a sludge machine. The revised Tone and Mids controls provide a broader, more usable range, making it equally capable of delivering tight, aggressive riffing while retaining the unmistakable character of a high-gain fuzz.

The all-new Boost switch is the latest addition to Soma V3, designed for the moments that demand extra impact. Whether used to lift a solo above the mix or to add intensity to a key section of a song, engaging the Boost introduces a subtle midrange enhancement that helps the pedal cut through with even greater authority.

Controls:

Volume – Adjusts the level output

Tone – Clockwise adds cut, Counter adds low end

Mids – Shifts the mid range in conjunction with the Tone knob

Fuzz – Adjusts the Fuzz level

Bias – Controls the fuzz saturation and structure
