Designed with Billie Joe Armstrong, the Marshall 1959BJA Artist Signature amp is a unique evolution of the storied 1959. Drawing on the classic tones of Green Day’s Dookie-era, this amp delivers raw energy and unmistakable crunch, the sound that cemented the album’s iconic status. For musicians seeking authenticity, the 1959BJA delivers the signature Billie Joe Armstrong sound every time. 

Built on the foundation of the legendary 1959, the 1959BJA offers more gain, more body and enhanced low mids compared to the original amp. 

Its distinctive design takes inspiration from Billie’s first guitar, Blue. It boasts a baby blue covering and is finished with brass and silver panel details, custom Dookie branding, as well as Billie’s signature. This amp serves as a tribute to the sound that defined an era. 

Handwired in the UK, the 1959BJA celebrates Marshall’s unmatched heritage of tone, quality and durability. Released as a head-only unit, it allows players to combine it with any cabinet they choose, giving them full control over their tone.
